3. Vulnerability Disclosure

3.1 Responsible Disclosure

When reporting vulnerabilities through our platform, you agree to:

  • Act in good faith to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption
  • Not access or modify data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability
  • Allow reasonable time for remediation before public disclosure
  • Not exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain or malicious purposes
  • Provide sufficient detail for the vulnerability to be verified and remediated

3.2 Our Commitment

WhiteHat NG commits to:

Acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days
Provide an initial assessment within 10 business days
Coordinate disclosure with affected parties
Protect your identity if requested (anonymous reporting)
Not pursue legal action against security researchers acting in good faith
4. Incident Reporting

When reporting security incidents, you represent that you have the authority to report on behalf of the affected organization or are reporting as an individual victim. You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the WhiteHat NG website, including advisories, reports, logos, and documentation, is the property of WhiteHat NG or its contributors.

You May

  • Share and reference our advisories with proper attribution
  • Use our resources for educational and defensive purposes
  • Link to our content from your own platforms

You May Not

  • Reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Modify or misrepresent our advisories
  • Use our branding without authorization
6. User Conduct
